    Housed in New York’s famed Meatpacking District, Marble is Italian inspired but globally influenced.     ChefVincent P. Michaels

    CHEF OF THE YEAR

    Chef Vincent P. Michaels is currently the Executive Chef at Marble Downtown. His career spans over 30 years with a renowned reputation for his creative cooking style, catering concepts, and menus. He has been paying homage to Italian cooking throughout his life and has co-owned numerous beloved restaurants that served everything from prime dry-aged steaks & chops to lobster pappardelle to scallopini of milk-fed veal.

    Chef Michaels has accomplished many feats in his career, including winning the Chefs de Cuisine Association Award over five different years. As the Corporate Executive Chef for Scotto Brothers Enterprises, he was awarded Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation of Long Island Chapter twice, and was the youngest person to be awarded the Raymond Vaudard Medal by the Chefs de Cuisine Association America.
